    Do you give a guarantee on my repairs?

    Yes, you can get up to three month warranty on certain repairs - Please check with us the length of your warranty.
    The majority of our repair and refurbish products comes with 28 days warranty to give you piece of mind

    Do you offer Refunds?

    No, any item purchased and return after 7 days will be given a credit note to spend in our shop.... New item open e.g. printer cartridges will not be accepted back

    Do you charge for the inspection or diagnostic even doe I know what the fault is?

    Yes, The inspection or diagnostic fee is calculated at the time spent on disassembly and fault finding
    It is reduced from your bill upon a successful repair... The fee must be paid in advance.

    Will you collect my faulty tv or equipment for repair and return back to me?

    Yes, of course, why bother lugging a heavy TV risking damage to it or worse, even yourself!
    We can collect from your home or business repair it and return it!

    What payment methods do you support?

    We accept all major Credit Cards in our shop and PayPal online as well. However, you may contact us if you would like to pay through Bank Transfer or Money Gram...

    Can you tell me how much my repair will cost?

    Average repair costs are based on our repairs over the last six months, but may well be more or less depending on the
    Nature of the fault... We always advises you of the final bill before we go ahead with repairs and it's always cheaper to repair than to buy the same equipment again.
